Hey! What's up diaryland? Well, it's been 11 months since I've last posted and lots of stuff has changed.

First of all, sorry for disappearing for so long. It's tough to describe what happened exactly. Have you ever had one of those nights and been at a party and feeling kind of pissy and just left without telling anyone? I had one of those nights as well!

For the two of you who actually read this a year ago, I moved to Ireland with Irish girl and got a job. Things didn't go well between us when I got there. It was a big step and I think she wasn't ready to have a serious boyfriend so close with her being in school and all. We broke up and I met some people who were going traveling around the world so I quit my new job and went with them!

We visited lots of places but we spent the most time working in a hospital in Fiji. It was a really cool experience and I loved it. When I got back to Ireland I got a new job. I had worked for about a day when I realized, "Oh my god, I totally can't work behind a computer desk for my whole life."

So, on another whim, I quit that job and applied like crazy to med schools. It looks like I'm getting in for next fall but I'm not sure where. I came back to Canada to take pre-med courses and I'm back in school now. I'll write more to fill in the details soon but the first entry is always the hardest!
